REFUND AND RETURNS INFORMATION
Our refund and returns policy is in effect for 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, the Voutia System becomes ineligible for a refund.
If you purchase a Voutia™ System and it does not help to ease your dry mouth symptoms. You may return your complete system to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Our company will reimburse the original purchaser the purchase price less a 20% refurbishing fee.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase along with all original components included in the original order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Notify us of the intent to return your Voutia System.
3. A short return form will be provided to the purchaser to be filled out in it’s entirety and accompany your returned system.
To return your product, you should mail your product and return form to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
IMPORTANT: When returning an item or items, we highly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item should the shipping service provider selected misplace or lose the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EQUIPMENT LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
Every product sold by Virginia Head and Neck Therapeutics, Inc. carries a 1-year manufacturer’s Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
Virginia Head and Neck Therapeutics, Inc., (VH&NT, INC.) will at its discretion, repair or replace, free of charge, equipment under this
warranty deemed by VH&NT, INC. to be defective in structural or performance characteristics as a result of a manufacturing defect.
Items Covered by the Limited Warranty:
1. Voutia Main Pump Housing
2. Lithium Polymer Rechargeable Battery
3. Internal Electronic Circuit Board Components
4. Liquid Crystal Display
7. Proprietary Wall Power Supply/Charger
NOTE: It is to be understood by the consumer that as a portable device, the Voutia System will be subject to normal wear and tear
during everyday use. Normal wear and tear associated with the use of this product such as blemishes or staining of components are
not covered under this Limited Warranty. Repairs to such issues can be addressed for a nominal fee determined by VH&NT, INC.
if desired by the consumer.
Any and all repairs or replacements must be performed by VH&NT, INC. for the warranty to remain in effect.
VH&NT, INC. will not reimburse consumers in the event any components are repaired or replaced by any
other entity. Utilizing any 3rd party repair facility will render this limited warranty null and void. VH&NT, INC.
reserves the right to, at their sole discretion, determine whether repair or replacement of a warrantied item
or component will be performed.
Return of Merchandise for Evaluation of Repair or Replacement
Consumer experiencing an issue covered by the limited warranty should return the COMPLETE SYSTEM with a
detailed explanation of the problem encountered to the address below.
